Chris Phillips
Chris Phillips, #4 (born March 9, 1978 in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada) is a Canadian professional hockey player who plays for the National Hockey League's Ottawa Senators. He was drafted First Overall by the Ottawa Senators in the 1996 NHL Entry Draft.
