Dave Ingram
Dave Bjerregaard Ingram is a death metal vocalist from Birmingham, UK. He started out replacing Mark "Barney" Greenway in UK death metal band Benediction when the latter decided to be only the singer of Napalm Death. He stayed with Benediction until March 1998, when he joined Bolt Thrower. Also, he was standing in for one show on the 4 July 1997 in Zwickau Germany, doing the vocals. At that time, he was not ever really a member, though. In 2004, he had to leave Bolt Thrower again due to health problems, prior to recording the 8th album. He also performed vocals on an album by Warlord UK.Ingram married a Danish woman and moved to Copenhagen, Denmark.
