Jon Foreman

Jonathan Mark Foreman (born October 22, 1976), popularly known as Jon, is currently the lead singer and guitarist of the Christian alternative rock band Switchfoot. He writes lyrics for almost all of Switchfoot's songs. One of Switchfoot's and Jon's favorite pastimes is surfingmatter of fact, "switchfoot" is a surfing term. He lives in San Diego, California with his wife, Emily, whom he married in January 2002. Besides being the main songwriter for Switchfoot, he has also done some work away from the band, including duets with Mandy Moore (for her movie ''A Walk to Remember'' ) and Noise Ratchet. Jon has also contributed to the books The Art of Being and New Way to be Human.Images here:
