Matt Sorum is a hard rock drummer and percussionist. Sorum has played in such hard rock bands as Hawk, The Cult and Guns N' Roses. Many years ago, he played with Tori Amos in Y Kant Tori Read.Sorum is currently a member of the rock band Velvet Revolver along with his former Guns N' Roses bandmates Slash and Duff McKagen.He also played drums on a couple of songs with Johnny Crash in 1989 with their one and only album ''Neighbourhood Threat''.He has a solo album titled ''Hollywood Zen''.
