Rick Davies
Rick Davies (born July 22, 1944) is a British musician who is the founder and a member of the group Supertramp. He played keyboards and harmonica on the band’s many hit records. Although not recognized for a very distinctive voice (as opposed to Roger Hodgson's "Jon Anderson" like vocals), he has composed many of Supertramp's songs.Another musician named Rick Davies has collaborated with ambient musician Robert Rich on two CDs under the group name Amoeba. Their two albums together are "Watchful" (1997) and "Pivot" (2000). He played in British psychedelic bands in the late '70s before moving to California. He now has a band based in Tucson AZ called Simple Question.
